Pace University works to promote personal growth and academic achievement with special programs available at both our New York City and Westchester campuses. Read on for more information about three special programs available at Pace.
Pforzheimer Honors College –Students who scored an SAT verbal and math score above 550 and maintained an average of 90 or higher in high school are invited to join the Pforzheimer Honors College at Pace. Honors College membership is available to students who meet the above requirements and attend any college within Pace University. Students receive a $15,000 annual scholarship and a laptop computer. As they progress through school, Honors students are also able to pursue special research projects and apply for grants. The college is open to transfer students and current students, as well.

Study Abroad – Pace also offers assistance and guidance to students who wish to study abroad during their undergraduate studies. Between 2002 and 2007, Pace students participated in study abroad programs at nearly 200 colleges and universities in more than 50 countries. In addition to semester-long programs, Pace students may also take advantage of our Summer Study Abroad programs, as well as enroll in on-campus courses with a travel component.

Challenge to Achievement at Pace (CAP) – Pace pushes its students to realize their full potential both inside and outside the classroom walls. For students in need of further guidance in academic advising, the one-year CAP program is designed to help first-year students meet the academic demands of a college education. CAP students are provided the necessary academic tools needed to meet their educational goals, including a carefully designed network of selected courses, advisement, and academic support services.
