Anne Walker, M.Ed., brings an extended background in acute care nursing, supervising, consulting, strategic planning and teaching with national organizations. Her Masters of Education is based in Organizational Development and she has over 20 years of experience in directing teamwork and workplace systems development. Anne is a certified MBIT trainer and specializes in coaching, family systems, change process, strategic planning, facilitating board retreats, developing collaboration and effective work teams.
Sophie R. Kaufman, MBA, is Executive Director of the Center of Excellence – ALPS (Advancing Leadership Partnerships and Scholarship) at the College of Health Professions, Pace University. The Center is dedicated to supporting the academic mission of the college through external funding, facilitation of faculty scholarship, student opportunities, partnerships, and leadership development. Prior to joining Pace University in 2002, Ms. Kaufman had an international banking career during which she developed first-hand experience in cross-cultural management. She is currently working on her doctoral dissertation on cultural intelligence.
