An  Alumni ID card is valid through the Academic year (September 1 - August 31).

An Alumni ID card allows access to:
  • Pace facilities (CRCs, Libraries, etc.)
  • Alumni programs (travel, professional development, etc.)
  • Events (social, business and education)
The steps Pace alumni must take to obtain a valid Alumni ID card, sticker and code are:
  1. New Alumni must go to the Alumni Relations Office* to obtain a signed "Statement of Good Standing".   (IT is suggested that the Alumni call ahead).
  2. The Alumni brings this statement to the ID office where he/she may obtain his/her alumni photo ID card (if he/she doesn’t already have one) and a current academic year sticker.
  3. The Alumni may use this card to access Pace facilities through August 31 of the current academic year.
Note:
  • Alumni must repeat these steps each new Academic year, since their system access expires on September 1.
  • Alumni who graduated pre-1985 (not in Banner) cannot have their account activated right away, and will be asked to return when this activation is completed.
