Health Professional Programs

Dyson College offers a number of options for students interested in Health Professions.

Pre-medical program
Pre-med is a series of courses that prepares students for entry into professional schools in medicine, pharmacy, dentistry, veterinary medicine, osteopathy, optometry, physical therapy, and podiatry. Pre-med is not a major in and of itself. While the majority of Pre-med students major in one of the biological, physical or social sciences, at Pace students can create their own undergraduate path to any of the medical careers and select a major according to their interests.

Joint Degree Programs in Health Professions with Other Institutions
Unique cooperative education agreements between Pace and other institutions of higher learning exist in several health professional areas. Candidates for admission to combined undergraduate/ graduate degree programs must satisfy separate admission requirements for both the undergraduate and graduate parts of the program. Admission to the undergraduate part of the program does not guarantee admission to the graduate part of the program. For more information, consult the preprofessional advisor.
