The research projects of Master of Public Administration students Azetta Ayanruoh ’13, Peter Fasano ’13, and David P. Miller ’13 were accepted by the 2013 Northeast Conference on Public Administration held in November 2013 at the School of Public Policy & Administration, University of Delaware. The conference theme was Public Administration in an Information Society: Opportunities, Threats and Intriguing Possibilities. Fasano and Miller presented their papers.

MPA graduate student Anjelica A. Butler ’13 was awarded a highly competitive postgraduate administrative fellowship with CHE Trinity Health, one of the nation’s largest health systems. The paid fellowship provides future healthcare leaders with opportunities to gain an in-depth understanding of hospital operations, to participate in hands-on leadership activities and to foster professional growth.

Political Science alumna Dina Gusovsky ’08 reported and wrote the investigative documentary, Death & Dishonor: Crisis at the VA, for CNBC.com. The documentary is an expose of the appalling conditions of VA hospitals around the country and the officials who profit from it.

Bring It On  

Maisie Salinger ’12 and Andy White ’10, two Pace Performing Arts alumni, were cast in the national tour of hit musical Bring It On.  Salinger stars as the character Bridget, and White plays the role of Steven.  The show relaunched in January in Macon, GA and will close in July 2014 in Tokyo, Japan.
